Calling all future leaders! Our Leaders in Training (LIT) Program is designed for teens ages 14-15 who are ready to grow in leadership and serve others. As LITs, participants will assist camp counselors, develop valuable leadership skills, and explore what it means to be a role model in a Christ-centered environment. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and team-building activities, they will learn to lead with respect, responsibility, honesty, caring, and faith—the core values of the YMCA. This program is the perfect opportunity to make a difference, build lifelong friendships, and grow in confidence. By learning to serve others with a Christ-like heart, LITs will be equipped to lead in camp, their community, and beyond!

Please have your leader complete the application in the registration confirmation email by Thursday, May 1st. Applications will not open until registration begins. The Leaders in Training Group Interview details are TBA.
